We use third-party analytics providers to help us understand how users interact with our Services. These providers may collect information about your use of the Services over time and across different apps and websites. Analytics partners may include services such as Firebase (Google), Mixpanel, or similar platforms. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing their use of data.

The information shared with analytics providers is used solely to understand and improve our Services and is not sold to advertisers or other third parties.

We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers

  • Customer support platforms

  • Analytics and performance monitoring services

  • Email delivery services

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services for us and to maintain appropriate security measures.

3.3 Mobile Opt-In Data — No Third-Party Sharing

Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, mobile opt-in data — including any phone numbers, consent records, or notification preferences collected through SMS or push notification opt-in processes — will not be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances, except as required by law. This prohibition applies regardless of the purpose and includes sharing with marketing partners, data brokers, advertisers, and affiliated companies.

3.4 Legal Requirements and Business Transfers

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency). We may also disclose your information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, in which case we will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. We will also retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need your data, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information and encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and keep your account credentials confidential.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at hello@mothercoderlabs.com.

Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

You can manage permissions for location data and contacts through your device's settings at any time. Revoking a permission will not delete data already collected, but will prevent further collection.

7.3 Mobile Opt-Out

You may opt out of mobile communications (SMS or push notifications) at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any message we send, or by adjusting notification settings within the App or your device settings. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the Services.

7.4 Analytics Opt-Out

You may opt out of certain analytics data collection by adjusting the settings within our Apps or by following the opt-out instructions provided by our analytics partners (e.g., Google's opt-out tools for Firebase Analytics).

7.5 California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell

  • The right to request deletion of your personal information

  • The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (note: we do not sell personal information)

  • The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

To exercise these rights, please contact us at hello@mothercoderlabs.com. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days as required by applicable law.
